This machine adopts a pass-through processing design for workpiece beveling and is fixed to the ground for stable machining. Cutting spindles are arranged on both sides across the workpiece width, enabling simultaneous double-side beveling in a single feed stroke. Forming cutter heads are used for cutting, with customizable bevel profiles available upon customer request. It is mainly applied for double-side bevel machining of long structural steel components including H-beams, box girders and U-rib plates, doubling overall production efficiency.
